Use this as the month sheet
Set the start date once and the year grid labels itself. Pick the month you are filling in and the day list shows that month's dates. On paper, leave both blank and write them in.
This month
The rules, so the sheet stands on its own
A clean day means
- Rule 1 kept: nothing from the closed list. No porn, no nudity, no image search, no scrolling or searching for it, no clips, no late-night softcore.
- Rule 2 kept: nothing to completion.
- A mainstream film with a sex scene, on a real streaming service, watched as a film, is allowed. Write it down.
A slip means
- Either rule broken. Write the time and the door it came through.
- The streak restarts tomorrow. The total clean days do not change.
- Two slips in a row: message the trusted person before anything else.
Each day
Tick what you kept. Leave the film columns empty on days you did not use the outlet. A note on a slip day is worth more than a note on a clean one.
| Day | Film watched, if any | Service | Rule 1 nothing closed |
Rule 2 no completion |

The year
One square per day. Colour in a clean day, cross out a slip. The dashed line after month six is the fallback goal. On screen, tap a square once for clean and again for a slip; a third tap clears it.
About what you type here
Everything on this page is saved in this browser only, on this device. It is not uploaded anywhere and nobody else can see it. Clearing site data, a private window, or a different browser gives you a blank sheet, so print or screenshot the month if you want a copy that survives.
If the trusted person is seeing the two numbers each month, the printout is the easiest way to show them.
